Probably my favourite Earth record, right after Hex. Don't expect any mammoth drone'd out riffs here, guys. This is more of a fuzzed-out (seriously, this has more distortion than your average kvlt Black Metal record), too-slow-to-grab-my-spliff country-ish/desert-ish rock record with a fantastic Hendrix cover and too minimalist tracks in between. I bought this on vinyl on a whim, too, mainly because of the album art. And for some reason, it just makes fucking sense. It has everything you'd expect considering Carlson's environment and background.Widely available on eJew, vinyl and CD version for cheap on Subpop Records website.
